Re-scanning, diffs and proposed edits

How the plan notices that the world moved, and what it offers to do about it.

  1. 1Press Re-scan on the build canvas. The engine runs the searches again and keeps the new signal set.
  2. 2It diffs old against new and labels each change: new story, moved detail, or dropped.
  3. 3Sections written before the newest scan are flagged as behind the evidence.
  4. 4Where a change actually bears on a section, it drafts a proposal: what changed, why it matters, and the exact instruction it would use to fix the section.
  5. 5Apply one, apply all, or dismiss. Applied proposals regenerate the section with that instruction and record that it happened.

Scan history stays on the plan, so you can see when it was last checked against the world.
